Women on the Move for Health

An aerobics class was established to help a group of women to both socialize and lose weight while learning about nutrition and how food affects their health so that can live healthier, longer lives and be examples to their children. An aerobics instructor will be hired to teach the class for a two month period, after which the women will take over the teaching of the class.
